Excellent Book
This book is the best. It confirmed my research along with past PT experience, and now I know exactly what I need to do to stay out of pain. I highly recommend it!

Works Great!
My 4-5th toes are swollen from surgery over 1+ year ago, and these silopos gel toe sleeves provide the compression I need to have a normal looking foot.
