Annoying issues
1) No backlight for nighttime
2) Clock runs fast. No way to calibrate
3) Battery compartment doesn't hold battery snug. If clock is jostled slightly, it reverts to factory settings and user has to reprogram. I found a klutzy workaround: pulling battery slot open very slightly which snugs up the battery enough to hold settings.

Did exactly what I needed
I was a little worried about using this to move my old queen foam mattress to my basement since I'm 6'6" and my helper was 5'8", but we were easily able to move it down some porch steps and down the driveway and through the basement door. The harness and straps were very easy put on and to cross under the mattress and straps were plenty long.

Better than I thought
1 of 1 found this helpful Despite the picture, this is a rugged umbrella with a hefty, strong feel to it, even in gusty wind conditions. The things I particularly like are the reinforced spine ends that protect the canopy from tearing loose over time. And the included storage sleeve has a sling strap for over the shoulder carrying. It also dries out faster than others I've owned,
