Great Tai Chi Beginners DVD
1 of 1 found this helpful great dvd, but I have to say that my husband did not like that the instructor is using the opposite arms and legs than you are supposed to use, this is all explained in the beginning, it is fine if you just don't overthink it

Great price & great band!
Great support strap, adjustable so that you can place the wider side where you need the most support, and the Velcro allows you to tighten or loosen, as you see fit, great support band!

Gorgeous & easy to use
Not only is this product gorgeous, but it was very easy to use, and it will make you feel safer, and keep the harmful rays out, great price too!
