learning Wii
This is a very good training disc. Teaches you how to use your controller effectively. Was not exactly what I thought it would be but my grandsons really love the games.

Wii Sports 5 game
From the minute I started my wii I have been bowling, playing tennis,trying to golf,playing baseball and boxing. I have discovered these games are great exercise. I actually run up the bowling lane like I would if I were at a real bowling alley. Love these games.
