Excellent product and Excellent Product

Comes pre-loaded with Plex Media Server software; relatively easy to setup as a NAS and allows one to stream media direct from iPhone or iPad to Chromecast-enabled TV, bypassing computer.

Excellent, less expensive alternative to new (2019) iMac

Had to update a vintage (2007) iMac, and opted for a ‘new’ (2017) iMac. Same 21.5” Retina screen, and 12 month Apple warranty, as current (2019) model. Sure, it has a older, somewhat slower Intel i5 ‘quad-core’ processor, than the current (2019) iMac- but absolutely fine for my normal day-day use, and at an ~30% discount to the 2019 pricing, it represents a minimal compromise for an excellent price.
