Good carry around bible..
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the bible that you take to church with you. Handy size and looks good. The brown cover looks like leather. Soft and pliable. Bible lies flat when opened. Ir has a reference center column but not study notes at the bottom of the pages. 9 point print so it's easy to read ( I'm 78 years old) and the red lettering (Christ's words) are plain to see. Paper is of excellent quality and very little shadowing (can't see the print on the opposite side of the page).
There is a concordance though not exhaustive. One complaint I have with the Thompson Chain study bible is that it is way to thick to carry around. This bible fits in your hand nicely.
All in all I would recommend this bible to anyone.
