NeatDesk is a Rip Off
13 of 17 found this helpful I didn't bother to set it up. I found out after purchasing the product that not only does NeatDesk charge approx $500 for their scanners, but a monthly fee for the software. If I would have known I had to pay monthly to use the scanner, I never would have purchased it. I plan on trying to resell it. It's still in the box it came in.
