3 of 3 found this helpful I ordered this Mini last year and it has worked great till last night when it it need to be restored from factory settings. Apparently the iPad was owned by a school and now the only way to activate is to add the schools log iin. The school still has control over the iPad and my daughter now does not have one. If I can’t get it fixed then it’s just trash. Only lasted a year.
