Chatty Cathy bust
I bought this Chatty Cathy ornament because the description led me to believe the voice box worked - just pull the string and hear 11 different things. As it turned out, 1) the batteries that came with it were corroded (probably the original ones from 2007), and 2) the string doesn’t pull out far at all and the most you get is a short static sound. Disappointing after buying batteries that cost $16 for an ornament that cost $19.99. I am quite disappointed as this was to be a surprise gift for my sister. I am not happy that I was led to believe the voice box worked.
