Quality, easy to use, well thought out.
Every training instruction in the manual, included, is designed for minimal use of the correction features of this product. Simple buttons with a firm, positive action, feel, ( you know you pushed it) but most importantly, well placed! The two correction buttons for sound and stimulation, and the stimulation level setting dial, that has positive stops on all settings 1-8, are on the front. The positive reinforcement tone is on the side to avoid confusion, and make it easy to learn and use them. They recommend you use it on yourself, to know what your pet will receive, I could feel level 1... more on 2... 3 was as high as I wanted to feel, and my dog, a 70 pound Pit Bull/Yellow Lab cross agreed. I am so pleased with a manufacturer that seems to really care about the quality, usability, and safety (for the pet) of the product they make. It is obvious they have done research to create and make this product with the pet and pet owner in mind. Excellent Product. I Highly Recommend it.
