good value if bought used and for a supplement to a workout plan (not good for your only source of yoga)
Yoga: Nice work out, but not balanced.... lots of focus on just using your arm muscles. Very basic yoga. It says 6 week workout, but you'd be doing the same 20-45 minutes 5-6 times a week (that's what it recommends). DVD is a good supplement though to use some days of the week to add variation to an exercise routine.
Have not used the Boot Camp...ordered just for the yoga part
