Not completely as advertised.
1 of 2 found this helpful I received the iPad today. After I have gotten it activated, I've noticed the touch registration does not respond constantly. Every few touches and the iPad sorta locks up briefly. I hate that I've spent 400 dollars on a product that I'm going to have to have repaired.
