Meets NSF and ANSI standards 42, 53 and 401.
2 of 2 found this helpful Most of the other filters, especially the low cost ones, do not meet all these standards. We live in an area with good water. This filter makes it tase even better. The cheaper "equivalent" or "comparable" filters do not. They simply fit the refrigerator.

Friction Mount
Works well. The window mounts do not let me easily reach the Garmin, the friction mount puts it within reach.
