It's like lubing your joints !!
I purchased this item to help relieve my aching joints . Anytime I would move about , my joints would ache . I believe I couldn't possibly eat all of the nutrients my body needed in a single day . By taking this product , along with few others , I feel physically pretty good . I'll be purchasing more of this product , and from the same seller !!
