AWESOME hair and nails grow faster too!
I take a tablespoon a day, it helps with my back and joint pain. It does not take all the pain away, but it makes it far less painful to bend and lift. I use less (NSAID)for pain relief when I take the Cod liver Oil by Garden of Life daily. I can tell when I miss a day. It's like it oils my joints.

It keeps going
I work in a Hospital setting, I love the military face and back lite. I wash this watch at least 10 times a shift and it still keeps excellent time. 100% Satisfied!!!@
