Great for mental acuity.
I have taken this product for years. As I age, my mental acuity has dimmed but Mentat sharpens my mind. Don't expect to see results right away - it may take a few weeks to build up enough in your system to noticeably kick in. After that, you can adjust the dosage to whatever works best for you. There are no side effects.

Don't waste your money
My cat loves catnip and is also fond of silver vine. This toy had no smell to me and apparently none to my cat. She sniffed it, walked away and never came near it again. I tried to roll it and get her to play, but because of the shape, it rolls on a very funny trajectory which my cat did not find amusing. The thing ended up in the trash.

I like it
Very nice incense. Initially I got this flavor as a bonus gift added to another order I had placed. I became very attached to this fkavir and have ordered it ever since.
