Does what it is supposed to do
I was pleasantly surprised at the results with this product. Though I do still drink my sleepy tea, the Gaia Sound Sleep does help me sleep through the night. If I wake up to go to the bathroom, I am able to go back to sleep pretty quickly. In the morning, I don't seem to have a "hangover".
Over all, I am pleased with this product and will continue to purchase it. This is my 3rd bottle.
