It's Grease

Not much to say - it's grease. Seems to work as you would expect it to. Delivery as predicted at sale time. 4oz lot more than I needed to re-grease the machine, but now I have it for other uses. It is dark color and the machine had light color grease. Not a difference in function, however.

Did the Job Well

I was getting desperate, having already replaced a different seal. I didn't think this would work, but it did. No more leaks. A bit harder to install than the Youtube video shows, but I got it done. I am happy.

Good Replacement Remote

Works perfectly with my Samsung UN55JS8500. The VOL and CHAN up and down buttons are bluish, whereas on my other remote (from a 32" Samsung TV), they are white, but that's the only difference. I bought this to have a full remote for this TV, which only comes with the Smart Remote. I can cut down clicks to get a function executed.
