Lost a large amount of valuable data
First day worked fine as expected Loaded 1.5 TB of data Took all day
Next day would not work on any of three different computers and makes
Spent 1.5 t0 2 hours with W.D. support to reformate LOST ALL DATA
A total waste of time and lost of data which took a lot of time to generate
IT took months to make that DATA
W. D. did not seem to care about my loss
I have 10 Elements and Passports all work great this is my second MY BOOK both Crashed with loss of all data
