Absolutely horrible experience!
4 of 6 found this helpful Personally we ordered two of these phones and have had nothing, but complete issues with these phones... The batteries on these phone are internal so we have no way to just go and buy a new battery for these phones however the battery life on one lasts approx. 1 hour and on the other one we purchased the battery life last approx. 3.5 hours. Today on one of the phones it was 70% charged and I went to go take a picture... I took the picture the phone automatically shut completely off to a black screen. I tried to power it back on and it then showed me that the battery was critically low and needed charged all of a sudden when it was literally just 70% charged on the battery life on that particular phone. So now its back on the charger... Next, the body damage on these phones we would give a rating with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.... We would rate the condition of the body damage at a level 2. One of the phones the housing is cracked and there is a lot of external body damage. Not just a little..... Also, the phones get so hot on their own that its like they are going to burn up or something or possibly even start a fire. As far as the functionality of the phones operating systems they seem to work okay.... when they are not shutting off on their own or having to be left on the charger all the time. They get too hot to even hold at times. Unfortunately, we have to have phones at all times due to a custody agreement and am very disturbed with this experience. We can not even go with out phones at all or we will be held in contempt of court. So we ordered these phones 2 of them and I would not recommend anyone to ever order unless they are brand new when it comes to eBay. This was horrible experience that we have to deal with as we have to have phones so we can not even send them back right now all we can do is deal with it until the phones we just ordered from Amazon brand new arrive in the mail. We should not have to go through all of this and I personally would not wish this upon anyone. Yes, we knew we were purchasing phones that may have a little cosmetic damage etc... however did not know we were going to have to deal with all this and it actually be more than just a little cosmetic damage. There are internal issues obviously with the batteries as well. So we have had to purchase an external battery to even be able to go out in the public to ensure our phones do not die. Very bad experience! We wish you the best on your journey however do not appreciate this at all! God Bless! Obviously you needed the money more than we do.
