Flashback

The lights flash when you turn them on for about 5 seconds. I've adjusted the dial on the side of the switch to ever possible position and still have flashing.

Bad quality

No matter where I adjust it my lights still flash. I've purchased several from lowes and several off Ebay and they're all junk.
