2 of 2 found this helpful This product, and others like it, are a Godsend for those of us who want to quit smoking. It was relatively easy for me to quit smoking with this product. Even though it has been six years since I quit, I still get uncontrollable urges so I keep a box handy. Also, my doctor has said that even though I still get nicotine stimulation from the gum, it is far superior to continue using it than to go back to smoking. I recommend it highly.
