I waited to try this 30 days before I wrote a review or left feedback. I like this product. It takes a couple weeks to really notice your appetite decreased. I lost only 4 pounds so far. However I’m sure in the next month I will do much more. Like I said it took two weeks for me to notice it kicking in. I will buy more for sure. Thank you holding_faith
