marantz cd-53 cd player
0 of 1 found this helpful i'm not an expert on cd players having always preferred vinyl.unapologetic luddite.my first player was basic,the bloke in the shop called it the 'lada' of cd players.having listened to this one its a massive improvement on the philips player i had [good for shavers and hairdryers but leave sounds to others].may or may not be its combination with a first class amp.i'm very happy with it but its all relative.easy operation clear sound anything else is a bonus.not entirely sure how a c.d operates or what the clarity is dependent on.now phono sound i could bore for britain on........
