Works Great
Only minor complaint was the language was set to French. Didn't take me long to get it back to English. Exactly what I needed for cheap.

Perfect Except for the Chargers
I ordered eight of these iPad minis. I ordered the WiFi version but was sent unlocked cell devices without SIM chips. At first I was annoyed because I kept getting “No SIM Installed” pop ups. I finally figured out how to turn that message off so now everything is fine. The iPads themselves were in outstanding shape. None showed any wear except for tiny scratches around the charging ports. The batteries seem strong and all charge to 100%. The only negative I have is with the chargers and cables shipped. They are not apple products and most do not charge the iPads. I had to replace them all with better quality chargers. I would have preferred that they didn’t send chargers at all.
