Very well made and heavy duty but there is no carrying bag or clips to hold sheet music. As there are other heavy duty stands that are as well made with both integral clips and a carrying bag I feel that they are better value. This was purchased because of a recommendation so I am disapointed, will have to use clothes pegs instead of clips and purchase another bag to carry it in.
