11 of 12 found this helpful So far the printer works good. The problem was getting. I kept track on fedex and it just kept showing the shipping info and the date it was to arrive. That day came and no printer. I contacted the person whom I bought it from. She said she would send out another one, which she did, but the shipping info was the same. The same tracking number. So my assumtion is that the first one was never sent out. I don't believe the same shipping number would have been used. I don't think they would have used the same number.
