B-12 is Excellent
I buy supplement from this company and assert that they provide excellent support for those on a sound diet to begin with. No supplement will correct the abuse of intoxicating or simple toxic materials.
Try to get everything good working for you for optimal outcomes. It is not that you will starve without this or some other supplement but that you can look and feel *Better* not merely exist.
