Night time leg cramp relief
3 of 3 found this helpful Over the last year, I have tried at least a half dozen remedies to relieve my night time leg cramps. I regularly have my blood tested and have never been advised that I have a low potassium count, which is one of the reasons for muscle cramps. However, I read an article that stated, increasing potassium intake can help prevent night time leg and foot cramps and suggested Potassium Gluconate. I have been taking a daily 595 mg tablet for 2 weeks and have not had a single cramp as yet. I will be very interested in what my doctor has to say on my next regular checkup. Thank you Sundance!
