SV2000 WV20V6 Needs remote to finalize dvd's!
1 of 1 found this helpful After receiving this unit I quickly found that a remote specific to this model is needed to " Finalize " dubbed DVD's in order to play it in other DVD players. Note; Only DVD-R disc's need to be finalized. DVD-RW can be erased and used over and do not require any Finalize. Costco is the cheapest to transfer VHS to DVD at $20.oo for each 2 hour disc. So far I have transferred 35 so I have more than recouped my purchase price of this unit and a remote from Remote controls.com. You should also understand the quality of the DVD is only as good as the VHS it's recorded from.
