ost atleast 15 pounds in the month or so;Its only part of my plan to lose weight .I like the taste it doesnt overwhem the other the friuts or juices I use, The price on line helps alot, stay thin.

ken,burns- the war,over there,here,its all here no bs,
Whats not to like ?whats not to love about this movie,If this movie doesnt move you- ask for help.My dad won the bronze star,A quiet man.I d give anything for him to see this movie,Ken did a good job,even so ,so many men ,there stories,families left out,you see a peak into what we gave for freedom,I think all who want to become citizens should see this and the civil war movie,We fought for everyone to be equal.no one should step ahead to be a citizen,first fight the wrong in your country,make it proud to live in,
