It was not as pictured or described. After receiving, I went back to the site to look and found that it did say hardcover, but in the description it said paperback. It was paperback. It said not for resale and had a binder type covering with the title fundamentals of nursing, ninth edition. It was not as pictured as the original. It may have been a copy made of the textbook I am not sure. As far as the content, I am still exploring as it is the first Potter/Perry I have seen. It was a suggested book for my work as a professional reference. I can say for the price if the content is what I need, it is a good value as to purchasing a new edition hardback.
