New USB Cable Sync+Charger Cord For IPOD SHUFFLE 2ND GEN 2G Generation Only

Won't work, was bent when received.

I received my cord yesterday. The metal part of the USB was bent. I plugged up my iPod to charge all night, it didn't turn on this morning. So then I tried to plug it in to my laptop, it won't register that anything has been plugged up. Thank God I only spent $2 on this cord.
