Great product, but not right for every job
If your septic pipe flange is level with the bathroom floor, or up to 1/4 above, this product may work well. However, it will not work with flanges higher than 1/4, as the ring is not as "form fitting" as a wax ring. I ended up using a wax ring.

Modem / Router exactly as described
Modem very easy to install and manage online. Modern sleek design looks good in the family room. Speed of the router exactly as my provider allows, so no problems uploading or downloading. Signal falls off a little at 25 feet, but my wireless printer still works well at that distance (in another room). Direct wire connection to my Roku, and the TV picture is truly awesome.
