Great smartphone.
It's a great phone for what's made for. I agree with other people that it doesn't contain the amount of apps as other platforms but if you are looking for apps then this is not your phone to get. If you're looking for messaging, best keyboard, email and multitasking then you could get lots of stuff done with the BlackBerry.

Not good for my taste.
Definitely I know why this cases are cheap so soon. The case is super difficult to remove. It's super tight. I almost bent my phone to remove it from the case and I just threw it away.
