One of the better series of Dr Who
Donna Noble rejoins the Doctor for this last series of David Tennant. I think she makes an excellent companion for him. This series is one of the better ones in my opinion as it has stories with more depth to them. "Silence of the Library" has got to be one of my all time favorite episodes, as is the unusual "Midnight" in which we see the Doctor like we have never seen him before. Even the Doctor Who Confidential is a better one than most.
I recommend this DVD wholeheartedly!

The best of the David Tennant reign
0 of 1 found this helpful I have to start off by saying that although this program has been on 50+ years, I didn't get into it until they launched the new Series in 2005. That being the case I've found David Tennant to be my favorite Doctor. I've seen a bit of the older programs with their Doctors as well as the newer Series but Tennant still remains my best bet.
All that being said, Series 2 has the best of David Tennant's reign. The storylines are great, the vilians are great, and the special effects are great, it's just "classically great" Doctor Who. Every story works!
