Switched magnetic base indicator holder upgrade.
I replaced my original non-adjustable dial holder with the adjustable holder and added a drop of Loctite thread locker. It works very well.
Adjusting the dial indicator is a breeze now.

Good value. Regrinding and honing can improve reapeatablility.
The calliper is ground roughly and flashing is still visible. Using sand paper wrapped around a file, the calliper can be hand finished to a mirror finish. Re-assembly and tightening of the Gibbs screws is easy.

0 of 2 found this helpful This is a white dyneema cord that has been painted blue. It appears to have abrasion protection because of the colour that it has been painted but there isn't any. The ad is confusing because you have photos of so many varieties of rope, that you can easily assume from the photos that you are buying a rope with abrasion protecting sheaf. I don't recommend this product.
