Excellent product to regulate your digestion

I prioritized my eating habits and chose fresh, easily digested foods, but I kept experiencing slow digestion and a bloated stomach, especially after meals. Someone recommended that I try to resolve my problem with probiotics. I started doing so by buying the less expensive product and noticed that it did not improve my condition. My nutritionist recommended Align. Since taking one of the Align capsules a day, I can happily say that my digestion is back to normal. The product costs a bit more, but every extra cent you put in it is worth it.
