Very nice elegant light
1 of 1 found this helpful It looks great, the light is warm, I modified it by sticking 1 cm transparent red round beads using crazy glue gel, it made it look even better.
it does not have an on / off switch but that could be added using an inline switch.

Excellent audiophile quality sounding headphone that is very comfortable!!!
This headphone is audiophile quality, Sony, Maxell do not come close to this one, its big driver deliver crisp sound with very good bass, this headphone is particularly great for motorcycle riders that use a modular helmet, its thin profile makes it fit perfectly & comfortably without pinching your ears. NO wireless headphone comes close to its sound quality, the one wire system is great and does not tangle, the loop also helps protect the wire from getting pulled out of the speaker. I bought 5 of them just to make sure I don't run out of them, the vented system creates a good bass punch especially when it is pushed a little against the ears.

Best exercise ball shape for abdominal exercise
The size and shape of that peanut ball is ideal for performing many exercises but most importantly for performing abdominal ex & isolating them from hip flexors.
most people do situps WRONG, a correct situp is a partial situp from a hyper extended back with this ball placed under your pelvise, in this position you can effectively exercise all abdominal muscle groups.
