I am very, very pleased

After use, my skepticism has been alleviated. This is a well-designed, well built, and very functional vacuum cleaner. It cleans well generally and it cleans up the dog hair (we have a black lab). The small size of the dust compartment is a slight inconvenience, but one I can live with. Our NV800 was refurbished by Shark. Other than coming in a generic box and having a shorter warranty, one cannot tell. I bought an additional warranty at a low price to deal with the short warranty on refurbished machines. Overall, I am very, very pleased with this purchase.
