Let there be light, stair lights!
And there was, 18 tubes replaced in the tenement stair to restore the lighting as it should be after Edinburgh Council stopped doing them and these were the same brand and specification tubes that were already in them, £1.00 per tube and seven left over for spares.
So far they have all worked without any problems whatsoever, one of the best buys I've made.
