"bad plug included'
0 of 1 found this helpful The brand is not a good brand IMO this is the second one I bought this month and I had the same thing happen to me with the plug that is included in the packaging. The plug sticks out a little and does not go all the way in. one little move of the computer and it comes right out which messed up the power supply completely I keep hearing clicking noises. So I assume it needs fixed. I see no reset button on the back.
