Good
Well made and well designed. The ability to securely attach external wiring at each post more than justifies the extra cost. Mike Bannell

Better than the last electric knife I bought off ebay
Pros:- Lighter weight, better ergonomic design and far easier to use than the six year old Breville knife that carked it recently.
Cons:- 33% more expensive.
Service:- Any country (especially the size of Australia), that can organize an order to a pickup in under 3 days is doing all right. Please give my respects to all concerned - that would have been impossible 5 years ago.
Conclusion:- Even if this unit stuffs up in the next 3 or 4 years I think I would still replace it (unless of course something better comes along in the meantime).
