we love it, it stores the ice, in our opinion it is not noisey, i like that it has the bullets as opposed to pellets, the ice is not a really "hard"
ice, but it is solid enough to keep a drink cold without easy melting and soft enough to chew without chipping teeth, this is our second one, when the first one broke, we the exact same thing
