defective cups
4 of 4 found this helpful this order was 2 boxes of 84 count k-cups that appeared to come directly from Sam's Club. I experienced several cups that had grounds all over the cup holder and my coffee mug, but not with every one. I thoroughly cleaned my machine and still had off and on problems so checked the cups and found over a third were concave, not convex. The box of 12 I just bought from the grocery had all convex cups. checking the second box of this order, there were over 1/4convex but have not tried them. I have not had this problem before with this product.
