Fake Product
41 of 50 found this helpful I bought these for my fiancé for Christmas, and they worked ok at first and then she wasn't able to turn them off. Because they wouldn't turn off the battery runs down really quickly. They will also lock up.
I took them into the Apple store and they told me that the serial number was fake and that they had multiple reports of issues with head phones that had my same serial number. They told me that I had been sold imitation headphones and to contact you guys about getting reimbursed. I am not sure who I need to contact. I have the report that the apple store tech guy wrote. Not sure if this is where I need to upload that report.
