Ringer is so soft hearing people cannot hear it.
The old ones had LOUD DEEP RINGERS.
This one you can barely hear and the whole point of a ringer for hard of hearing people is so we can hear the RING.
I want one of the older versions.
I would not recommend the new ones.

It's a battery, what more can one say!

Stick with this model, not the newer one
They have a newer model that is worthless, the adjustments do no compare.
That old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" they should heed that, improvements normally men cheaper and not as good.
This is their older model and works perfect.
