Right tool for the job
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed to cut a brake cable so that I could feed it back through an existing cable housing on the bike. My previous experience cutting a cable with a standard wire cutter resulted in the end becoming frayed; this would not work for my latest application.
For this reason, I purchased the Pedro's Cable Cutter.
This tool cut a nice clean cut which allowed me thread it through my twisting cable housing, a big time saver as I did not have to remove any bar tape and housing.
I believe very much in the adage, the right tool for the job.
This tool has given me the confidence to take on future cable replacements instead of having the shop do it, which will more than offset the cost of the tool.

The tool for the job
Not much to say. It's as dependable as a hammer.
When you need to bang nails you use a hammer. When you need to remove your cranks you use this.
Park Tools only makes quality products in my opinion.
