This is a gift for a friend who said he'd seen this years ago and couldn't stop laughing.

After having read & reread this memoir, I find I am drawn back to it again.
Bob Smith's childhood story is compelling and the pain of his love and caring for his disabled sister is palpable. As a younster, he finds solace and healing in the words of Shakespeare. As a highschool student, Bob finds summer employment as Hamlet's Dresser at the Shakespeare Theater in Stratford, Connecticut, and goes on to become one of the living experts on the life, times and works of Shakespeare.
After having read and reread this memoir, I find myself drawn back to it again and again. Bob intersperses his story with exerpts from various works of Shakespeare.
Furthermore, it appears to have been appreciated by the various friends and family members to whom I have given it.
