NeatConnect Review

I am very unhappy with the unit. Why? Because most of the time even though I have been very careful in prep. still- almost every time when I scan an item the paper "balls"up even though I have been very careful in the scan process. I am thinking of seeing if I can find another another scanner. I had another NeatScan machine just before this one and it would do the same thing. David Wolkwitz
